RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We commit ourselves to refund in full any purchase if it is returned in its original packaging with its label of guarantee certifying that the packaging has not been opened. You may return undamaged items purchased from the Site. Such items must be in salable condition (in the original packaging if possible) and must be returned within 30 business days of the original delivery. No items may be returned if they have been worn. You have up to 30 days to return items purchased.

For any order paid with a credit card, the refund of your returned goods will be directly credited to your bank account. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item.

You can exchange underwear as long as it is still in unused condition.: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
